The name of this limited edition spring sake comes from "Hanasaki Jisan," a man who makes flowers bloom on dead trees, with the hope that winter will end and spring will come soon so that we can all meet with smiles.

This rich, mellow sake is characterized by its rich umami flavor and harmonious acidity. It has a gentle, elegant ginjo aroma that won't overpower your food, and is made using Kumamoto yeast (KA-1) with vigorous fermentation.

The recommended temperature is slightly chilled. Mix the sediment at the bottom with the whole before eating.

Recommended dishes include pork dishes, steamed vegetables with vinegar dressing, and bottarga pasta.
