21 sake breweries in Ishikawa Prefecture will release their products under a unified label.
This project will donate 200 yen for each 720ml bottle sold.
The 200 yen will be donated to the affected breweries and used to support the Sake Brewers Association's reconstruction efforts. This time, Yuho's "Connecting Ishikawa Sake" is "Junmai Ginjo Gohyakumangoku Namazake 2024BY".
We do not normally sell this sake as unpasteurized sake, but we use Kanazawa yeast.
