This sake is made using the Kimoto method. Brewed with the help of beneficial microorganisms and strong yeast cultivated in harsh environments, it has a deep and wide flavor, and is light overall.
This sake is brewed without added yeast, using natural yeast that lives in the brewery.
It is brewed in wooden barrels to the same specifications as the previously released "Namamoto Junmai Yeast Additive-Free Namazake."
Recommended temperature: A little chilled is recommended.
