This sake is made using the Kimoto method. Brewed with the help of beneficial microorganisms and strong yeast cultivated in harsh environments, it has a deep and wide flavor, and is light overall.

This sake is brewed without added yeast, using natural yeast that lives in the brewery.

Recommended temperature: A little chilled is recommended.
