It is brewed in Hakui, a town known for UFOs, located in the middle of the Noto Peninsula.
This sake is brewed in Iijima, Kamiina-gun, Nagano Prefecture, using sake rice (Miyama Nishiki) grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers. It's a sake that can be enjoyed with food even during warmer months.
It features a refreshing acidity. With an alcohol content of 15%, it's easy to enjoy. It uses Kumamoto yeast (KA-1), which has a mild aroma and vigorous fermentation power.
Recommended serving temperature: Slightly chilled is recommended. After opening, exposure to air will mellow the acidity and result in a milder flavor.
