It is brewed in Hakui City, Ishikawa Prefecture, the UFO town in the middle of the Noto Peninsula.
"Yuho no Shiro" is a winter-only sake inspired by the snowy white winters of Noto. It is characterized by its robust umami flavor and harmonious acidity. It is brewed with Association No. 9 yeast, which has a gentle aroma and fermentation power that does not interfere with food. We recommend pairing it with dishes with a robust flavor, such as fatty fish, pork dishes, cheese, and cream sauces.
