The D version is Ravel's Piano Concerto in G majorThis is a rich, fermented, and delicious sake characterized by its strong flavor and mash.
We use Kumamoto yeast (KA-1) which has a gentle and elegant ginjo aroma that does not interfere with the food and has vigorous fermentation power.
Recommended temperature: Slightly chilled.
Recommended dishes: fatty fish, vinegared gizzard shad, etc. Stronger-flavored dishes rather than bland ones, especially fried chicken, braised pork belly, cheese, etc.
