The aftertaste is soft and smooth, and the aftertaste fades away smoothly.The ideal drinking temperature (although this depends on personal preference) is around 15-20°C. This is where you can best appreciate the mellow aroma and flavor that is unique to Tsurunosato. Also, because it has been aged to a moderate degree, it can be enjoyed warm at around 40°C.
