Sakemirai is a representative sake rice variety from the Tohoku region, cultivated with the hope of a bright future. It features short stalks, cold resistance, large grains, and a disc-shaped white core.

This Sake Mirai is brewed with Kanazawa yeast, which produces a mild aroma, resulting in a sake that pairs well with food. Kanazawa yeast is characterized by isoamyl acetate, which gives Sake Mirai a light, banana-like aroma.
