When freshly squeezed in early spring, it was powerful and unrestrained, but after a summer's sleep, its roughness softened and it transformed into a deep, rounded flavor.
The aroma that rises is warm, like fragrantly cooked chestnut rice, and when you put it in your mouth, the delicious flavor of the grains is layered, giving it a rich, full-bodied flavor.
Eventually, a clean aftertaste with a hint of spiciness concludes the whole, leaving a refreshing aftertaste amidst the richness.
