This sake is freshly pressed from Mizo Sake Brewery and is released from the brewery only once a year.
The koji rice used is Gohyakumangoku rice from Toyama Prefecture, and the rice used for brewing is non-glutinous rice from Hakui City, Ishikawa Prefecture.
This is a pure rice sake with a rice polishing ratio of 60%.

The sake is made into unpasteurized raw sake without adding water or pasteurization, and is shipped in a clear state.
