Brewed using sake rice (Miyama Nishiki) grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers in Iijima, Kamiina-gun, Nagano Prefecture. A sake that can be enjoyed with food even in hot weather.
It has a refreshing acidity. With an alcohol content of 15%, it is easy to enjoy. It uses Kumamoto yeast (KA-1), which has a mild aroma and vigorous fermentation.
Recommended temperature: It is recommended to drink it slightly chilled. After opening, the acidity will soften and the flavor will become gentler when exposed to air.
