"Yuho no Shiro" is a freshly pressed new sake from Mizo Shuzo that is released from the brewery only once a year.
The koji rice used is Gohyakumangoku rice from Toyama Prefecture, and the rice used for brewing is non-glutinous rice from Hakui City, Ishikawa Prefecture.
The sake is made into raw unpasteurized sake without adding water or pasteurization, and is shipped in a slightly cloudy state with a small amount of sediment.This pure rice sake is made with rice polished to 60%, and has a fresh and powerful flavor.
