The aroma is reminiscent of green apples and Japanese pears, typical of new sake, and the graininess is so pronounced that you can even tell the shape of the rice. The taste is dry with a bubbling gas. You can enjoy a different flavor when you first open it than when you finish drinking it after the gas has completely evaporated.

This is an active unpasteurized sake with live yeast. Fermentation continues inside the bottle, filling it with carbon dioxide. If opened using the normal method, the contents will spray out forcefully, so please read the instructions carefully before opening and handle with care.
