リンゴやマスカット系の香り、含むと柑橘、デ ィルなどのハーブを思わせる香り。飲み口はフ レッシュで、清涼感のある甘味と酸が感じられ ます。やや苦味を残しながら、ブレーキの利い た味わい。冷酒ですっきり。燗も良し。
アユの塩焼き、天ぷら、南蛮漬けなど、川魚と ベストマッチ！ 鱧や太刀魚、冷やしトマト、 カポナータなど、夏の食材と一緒にどうぞ。
