This is a limited-edition summer Junmai Ginjo nama-sake (unpasteurized junmai sake) brewed using Ishikawa Prefecture's original sake rice "Hyakumangoku no Shiro" and the rare yeast "K1501," which is hardly used by any sake breweries these days. It boasts a gorgeous ginjo aroma reminiscent of berries and muscat grapes, and a light effervescence that pops on the tongue. The firm acidity brings a refreshing crispness and freshness like white wine. Enjoy it well chilled on a hot and humid night.
