Made with 100% underground water from the sacred Mt. Hakusan and Yamada Nishiki rice from Special A region (Yoshikawa, Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture),

This is a rich, pure rice sake brewed using Yamahai yeast starter, a traditional brewing technique.
