This is a Junmai Daiginjo (pasteurized) sake brewed using 100% Yamada Nishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture, milled to 40%. Brewed by a master brewer from Noto, it boasts a gentle aroma and a rich flavor that allows you to fully appreciate the umami and sweetness of the rice.
We especially recommend serving it chilled or at room temperature.
