This sake was brewed with the cooperation of Miso Sake Brewery using the sake rice that was brought from the brewery after the earthquake.

After bottling, it was left to rest for about six months in a refrigerated warehouse. A Junmai Ginjo unprocessed sake with a well-balanced flavor.

We also recommend drinking it warm.
